Key Responsibilities:

  • This role involves strategic HR partnership with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges.

  • Implement HR solutions that enhance business performance and employee engagement. 

  • Responsibilities include collaborating with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs and develop programs for continuous learning. 

  • It also involves enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee development, and team dynamics through organizational development initiatives and supporting change management efforts.

  • The role includes assisting in designing and implementing performance management processes, talent management strategies, and providing guidance on employee relations matters such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. 

  • The position also entails reviewing and analyzing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals

  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing HR policies and procedures, and utilizing HR metrics and data for insights and recommendations to improve HR programs and processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner least 5 years 

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and 

    regulations

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, analyst, and 

    negotiation skills

  •  Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

  • Deep understanding of both HR best practices and the specific needs of the business
