Key Responsibilities:
This role involves strategic HR partnership with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges.
Implement HR solutions that enhance business performance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs and develop programs for continuous learning.
It also involves enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee development, and team dynamics through organizational development initiatives and supporting change management efforts.
The role includes assisting in designing and implementing performance management processes, talent management strategies, and providing guidance on employee relations matters such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
The position also entails reviewing and analyzing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals
Ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing HR policies and procedures, and utilizing HR metrics and data for insights and recommendations to improve HR programs and processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner least 5 years
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and
regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, analyst, and
negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Deep understanding of both HR best practices and the specific needs of the business
