Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales growth by strategically managing territories and key accounts.

  • Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.

  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent.

  • Conduct joint sales calls and regular performance reviews with Territory Sales Engineers (TSEs).

  • Oversee top district opportunities and lead negotiations to maximize profitability.

  • Manage channel partner relationships and ensure alignment with sales goals.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data on competitors, pricing, and account potential.

  • Use CRM tools to track performance and inform strategic decisions.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related STEM field preferred.

  • Fluent in both Thai and English.

  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation.

  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to drive results and develop talent.

  • Have own car.

  • Willingness to travel extensively.
