Position: Sales Manager (Agricultural Industry)
Salary: 70,000 – 100,000THB +/- (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities of the position:
Sales Strategy and Performance Management
Target Setting: Develop and execute quarterly and annual strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability in the assigned territory.
Market Analysis: Analyze market data, planting seasons, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Key Account and Relationship Management
Existing network and contacts within the agricultural industry.
Direct farm sales or working within the agricultural community
Invite farmers to join the company project
Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive product expertise across the company’s agricultural portfolio.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Agronomy, Crop Science, Animal Science, or a related agricultural field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role specifically within the Agricultural Industry.
Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
