Responsibilities:
Negotiating and establishing dealer agreements: Defining terms, territories, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
Onboarding and training new dealers: Ensuring they have the product knowledge, sales skills, and operational understanding to represent your brand effectively.
Developing strategies for market penetration through the dealer network: Collaborating on localized marketing and sales initiatives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers: Ac
Setting sales targets and monitoring dealer performance: Tracking progress against agreed-upon goals and providing constructive feedback.
Providing ongoing support and training: Keeping dealers updated on new products, technologies, and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field is typically preferred.
Over 5+ years of proven sales experience in sales management, preferably within the agricultural machinery or a related industry (e.g., automotive, heavy equipment).
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to travel extensively within the upcountry regions.
Strong understanding of the agricultural sector and the needs of farmers in Thailand.
Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken).
