Position: Sales Manager (Luxury Car)
Our client is the exclusive authorized importer and dealer of luxury supercars in Thailand.
They are seeking a skilled and energetic Sales Manager to lead the team and drive growth in Thailand’s premium car market.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Working Hours: Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 – 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/yearly targets.
- Develop strategies to grow sales and customer base.
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients and corporate buyers.
- Oversee the full sales process (lead generation → delivery).
- Collaborate with marketing/events for brand promotion.
- Ensure top-tier customer service aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Report performance to management.
- Coordinate logistics, finance, insurance, and documentation.
- Manage allowances, commissions, and vendor relationships.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in automotive sales (luxury brands preferred).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of luxury car market and customer expectations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and passion for high-end cars.
- Flexible schedule for events.
- Fluent in Thai and English (other languages are a plus).
