Position: Sales Manager (Luxury Car)
Our client is the exclusive authorized importer and dealer of luxury supercars in Thailand.
They are seeking a skilled and energetic Sales Manager to lead the team and drive growth in Thailand’s premium car market.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Working Hours: Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 – 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/yearly targets.
Develop strategies to grow sales and customer base.
Build strong relationships with VIP clients and corporate buyers.
Oversee the full sales process (lead generation → delivery).
Collaborate with marketing/events for brand promotion.
Ensure top-tier customer service aligned with brand standards.
Monitor market trends and competitors.
Report performance to management.
Coordinate logistics, finance, insurance, and documentation.
Manage allowances, commissions, and vendor relationships.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in automotive sales (luxury brands preferred).
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of luxury car market and customer expectations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Professional appearance and passion for high-end cars.
Flexible schedule for events.
Fluent in Thai and English (other languages are a plus).
