Key Responsibilities
Lead sales growth by strategically managing territories and key accounts.
Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent.
Conduct joint sales calls and regular performance reviews with Territory Sales Engineers (TSEs).
Oversee top district opportunities and lead negotiations to maximize profitability.
Manage channel partner relationships and ensure alignment with sales goals.
Maintain accurate CRM data on competitors, pricing, and account potential.
Use CRM tools to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related STEM field preferred.
Fluent in both Thai and English.
At least 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation.
At least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to drive results and develop talent.
Have own car.
Willingness to travel extensively.
