Job Title: Assistant HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant HR Manager with a strong specialization in Compensation & Benefits (C&B). The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
Manage annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs.
Oversee benefits administration including health insurance, provident fund, wellness programs, and other employee perks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
Provide expert advice to management on C&B matters, including cost analysis and budgeting.
Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Support HR operations and contribute to broader HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on Compensation & Benefits.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or HR analytics tools.
In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and statutory requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
