Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant HR Manager with a strong specialization in Compensation & Benefits (C&B). The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.

  • Manage annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs.

  • Oversee benefits administration including health insurance, provident fund, wellness programs, and other employee perks.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.

  • Provide expert advice to management on C&B matters, including cost analysis and budgeting.

  • Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.

  • Support HR operations and contribute to broader HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on Compensation & Benefits.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or HR analytics tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
