Position: HR Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Manage training and development activities.
Handle payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
Organize, manage, and maintain all HR-related documents.
Ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and properly maintained.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure company policies and regulations are properly followed.
Provide administrative support and guidance on general administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Supervisor.
Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
