Responsibilities

  • Handling order processing
  • Ensuring customer orders are handled properly and timely
  • Providing excellent support in term of Sales strategies, co-ordination, order fulfillment etc
  • Supporting “After Sales Service”
  • Ensuring customer data and order are maintained and updated
  • Responsible for “Project Assignment” for business support activities
  • Satisfying customer relationship management

 

Requirements:

  • Male & Female, aged 28 - 35 years
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service – Order Processing Skill
  • Proficiency in SAP knowledge is a MUST
