This role will make sure that IT services are managed and delivered smoothly. To improve service quality and match IT with business objectives, they work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve IT service management procedures. Technical know-how, process design abilities, and a dedication to providing high-quality service delivery are required for this position.
 
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi.
 
Responsibility:
  • Process Implementation: Create, documentation, and implement service management processes in accordance with industry standards such as ITIL.
  • IT Incident Management: Lead the process of problem and incident resolution, making sure that prompt fixes and root cause analysis are done to stop recurrences. 
  • Service Level Management (SLA): Establish and oversee SLAs to surpass customer expectations.
  • Change management: The process of controlling change while reducing operational disruptions.
  • Continuous Improvement, Training and Documentation, Tools Management (automate process)
 
Qualification:
  • More than 5 years' experience managing IT services, with an emphasis on process design and enhancement.
  • Strong technical understanding of incident, problem, and change management as well as ITSM tools.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Ability to cooperate in a cross-functional team environment.
