Job description
- Processing forecasts and orders; processing and controlling all delivery transactions

- Advise delivery information and monitor delivery schedules.
- Clarify product specifications and service details for overseas customers, makers, and shipping agencies.
- In charge of the summaries of invoices, sales, transportation budget and results, pipeline forecast and analysis, and monthly export document summaries.
- Coordinate with external agencies (shipping, freight forwarder) to ensure smooth operations and negotiate to reduce logistics costs and maximize resources.


Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in import-export, customer service (overseas), or a related field.
- Business-level of English communication is a must (TOEIC score minimum 700).

- Fair communication in Japanese (minimum JLPT N4-N3).
- Good computer literacy, i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
