Position: Service Engineer
Industry: Air compressor
Location: Bangkok/ MRT
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:00 - 17:00
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 THB
Job Description:
-Respondent for technical question from the distributors.
-Visit customer site/factory with distributor to confirm the machine condition.
-Site support for trouble shooting and support our clients.
-Coordinating with factory sites (overseas) and internal teams to provide the best service.
-Ensure the satisfaction of the customers with the products of the company by means of effective service work.
-Building up confidence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering and related fields.
-At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Service Engineer. (Air Compressors would be plus)
-Able to travel and work flexible hours.
-Strong relationship builder within a matrix organization.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
