1. Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement strategies that strengthen employee connection, motivation, and overall performance.
- Lead recognition and appreciation programs that highlight employee contributions and reflect organizational values.
- Leverage employee feedback, survey data, and analytics to identify engagement drivers and continuously improve the employee experience.
- Maintain an engagement framework and dashboard to monitor sentiment, participation, and outcomes.
- Oversee onboarding content and experience design to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Supervise a junior team member handling onboarding logistics, communications, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and administrative support.
2. Culture Development
- Partner with the Head of Learning, OD & Culture to embed and sustain desired cultural behaviors and values.
- Translate cultural frameworks into actionable initiatives such as campaigns, storytelling, and workshops.
- Encourage leadership role-modeling and ensure cultural alignment through internal communications and engagement activities.
- Monitor culture pulse surveys and behavioral indicators to assess cultural integration and recommend targeted interventions.
3. Internal Communication
- Design and execute internal communication strategies that build transparency, trust, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage communication channels (e.g., intranet, email, digital boards) to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with leadership to communicate organizational changes and initiatives effectively.
- Ensure employees clearly understand and connect with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing regular company events (e.g., town halls, quarterly updates, annual celebrations).
- Contribute to the rollout of employee well-being programs, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, and CSR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Culture Development, or Organizational Development.
- Proven track record in designing and executing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across various levels.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and generative AI platforms for storytelling and campaign design.
