Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and arrange appointments or meetings for the management team.
- Organize, file, and maintain internal documents and records.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, filter key information, and forward it to the appropriate person.
- Attend important meetings with executives, take clear notes, and distribute follow‑up information to relevant departments.
- Assist with meeting preparations and manage travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contacts to ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Age between 20–35 years, open to all genders.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using computers and office software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and good negotiation abilities.
- Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong memory skills.
- Owns personal communication devices and a vehicle.
- Able to handle unexpected issues and solve problems independently.
