Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Address discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing promptly
- Maintain accurate employee records (personal details, employment history, benefits)
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and administrative matters
- Prepare and distribute documentation (contracts, uniforms, payroll statements)
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance)
- Coordinate with external providers and internal stakeholders for benefits administration
- Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards related to payroll
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings on time
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, correspondence)
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve administrative processes and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with HRIS systems; SAP experience is a plus
