Key Responsibilities:
Manage new product (NPI) projects from start to finish
Coordinate BOM setup and engineering changes (ECN/ECR)
Oversee Pilot Run testing and readiness for mass production
Troubleshoot production issues and follow up on improvements
Lead regular meetings with customers and internal teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 3 years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, electronics, or OEM
Strong communication skills in English (required)
Chinese language skills (HSK3 or above) are a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive working skills
Work Experience:
At least 3 years of PM (Project Management) experience is preferred
