Key Responsibilities
  • Simplify marketing processes for cost savings.
  • Analyze and adjust current marketing strategies.
  • Measure success of marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise all marketing activities.
  • Optimize online revenue through various channels.
  • Explore new marketing opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry and tech trends.
  • Manage loyalty program and CRM.
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing software.
  • Establish marketing KPIs.
  • Revamp marketing department structure.
  • Collaborate with board members on company plans.
  • Gain insights into customer experiences across channels.
  • Meet or surpass yearly sales goals designated territory and accounts
  • Formulate and implement a strategic plan for target achievement and customer base growth.
  • Establish and sustain enduring customer relationships.
    Create and oversee a sales roadmap with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Enhance market intelligence, segmentation, lead generation, sales team efficiency, revenue retention, communication, product offerings, prospecting, services, and budgeting.
  • Track and assess critical business metrics, including conversion rates, user acquisition, satisfaction, renewal rates, and engagement rates.
  • Ensure PA job performance by providing guidance and administering disciplinary actions; plan, monitor, and evaluate job outcomes.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related tasks when necessary
  • Develop and execute the Brand strategy.
  • Create marketing strategies for both new and existing products.
  • Supervise the implementation of the Marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support their commercial goals by providing tools and materials.
  • Lead the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.
  • Ensure the marketing team executes marketing objectives.
  • Work with the product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Manage social media presence and initiate efforts to enhance reputation and recognition.
  • Craft and execute marketing and communication strategies for the organization.
  • Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and consumer trends.
Requirements
  • 10 - 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of sales strategy, brand strategy and CRM
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken English
