Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in Greater Bangkok area.
Manage and grow relationships with traditional trade customers (dealers, wholesalers, retailers).
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network within assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Lead and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales within building/construction materials industry.
Strong knowledge of traditional trade channel and dealer management.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel within Bangkok and nearby provinces.
