Position: Marketing Senior/Officer (Business Development)
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain direct communication with customers and dealers, supporting negotiations and relationship growth.
Assess customer creditworthiness and propose suitable payment plans based on financial data.
Develop new customer accounts and initiate innovative business opportunities.
Prepare basic financial analyses of customer status and repayment capacity.
Monitor and follow up on customer and dealer satisfaction outcomes.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in finance; leasing background preferred.
Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication.
Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel as required.
Proven ability to explore and expand into new business sectors such as solar energy, green products, healthcare, IT solutions, etc.
