Job title: Mechanical Engineer (Chief Level)

Job type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 hrs.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
- Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
- Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
- Approving, Designs and budgets by assignment.
- Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
- Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
- Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Mechanical Engineering License will be advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in leading or supervising team
- CAD / AutoCAD programing for drawing.
- A sound understanding of engineering principles.
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work actively under pressure and hard-working.
- Good Command in English or Japanese will be advantage.
