Job type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 hrs.
Responsibilities:
Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
Approving, Designs and budgets by assignment.
Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
Mechanical Engineering License will be advantage
At least 4 years of experience in leading or supervising team
CAD / AutoCAD programing for drawing.
A sound understanding of engineering principles.
The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work actively under pressure and hard-working.
Good Command in English or Japanese will be advantage.
