Job Type: Monday-Friday, and 2-3 Saturdays/month, 08:00-17:00 hrs.
Responsibilities:
Manage and control the factory's utility systems, such as electrical systems, boilers, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and water supply.
Plan and control preventive maintenance and emergency repair work.
Control energy costs and implement energy saving projects.
Troubleshoot and analyze the root cause of system failures (Root Cause Analysis).
Coordinate with the Production department and contractors.
Prepare and control the utility budget.
Ensure the system complies with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare a monthly performance report.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 0-3 years of experience in factory utility systems.
Possesses knowledge of Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Electrical Systems, and Water Supply.
Possesses team management and problem-solving skills.
