Roughly Job Description:
  • Basic job is handling Automotive parts as Customer Service, main clients located at BKK, BMR and LCB.
  • Co-ordinate with sales, warehouse, related parties about all documentation.
  • Sometimes negotiation with customers and suppliers needed. (such as delivery and shipping related things)
  • Follow-up delivering products to customer on time.
  • Contact with customer for documentation problem.
  • Requesting stock report from warehouse and checking report.
  • Control Inventory to appropriate level so that we cannot have obsolescence issue or cannot deliver on time.
  • Basic knowledge about import / export / custom clearance process needed.
  • Other duties if assigned.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 1-2 years of office work in sales coordinator.
  • Writing and speaking English required.
  • Basic PC skills are required, especially Word/Excel/Outlook.
