Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing Japanese B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute directly to the company's revenue goals.
Act as the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating technical requirements, and ensuring smooth project execution and delivery schedules.
Regularly coordinate and report on sales progress and market feedback to the Japan headquarters using Japanese language skills.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any related field.
1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or trading company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Language Skills: Business Japanese (preferably JLPT N2 or above), with English Intermediate level
