Position: Marketing and Sales Manager
Salary: 70,000 – 100,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Silom, Bangkok
Our client is the worldwide pharmaceutical company. Our business includes manufacturing, trading, import and export of basic intravenous solutions, hospital products, therapeutic drugs, Medical Devices and other pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
Organizing sales team to achieve the daily customer visiting onside/calling target
Maintains and builds relationships with customers and to drive business outcome in
Traditional Trade Channel
Serves existing customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
Establishes new accounts in own area to find the potential sales outlets and other
trade factors
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and
making recommendations to management
Tracks and monitors all sales staffs activities
Collaborates with team members and distributors to achieve better results
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
At least 10 years’ experience in FMCG industry
High responsibility, quick learning and self-motivated
Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office
applications)
Hold a driving license and a private car
