Job Title: Sales Manager
Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 THB/month
Location: Bkk City
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales projections, and report sales results to executive leadership.
- Ensure the sales team is up-to-date with new product launches and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pipe or steel industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English
