Sales Manager (Leasing)

Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00
Qualifications
Aged between 35–40 years
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Over 5 years of experience in sales across any industry
Proven track record in generating 100% new customer acquisition (sales hunting)
Fluent in English at a business level
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Capable of working under deadline pressure and consistently meeting sales targets and KPIs
Highly motivated and passionate about sales with a strong drive to succeed
Skilled in team management and task coordination
Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning abilities
Demonstrates leadership and the ability to mentor and guide team members

Sales Hunter: 100% Focus on New Client Acquisition
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve collective goals while fostering positive relationships with existing clients and identifying industry trends to uncover new business opportunities
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, including any changes or challenges that could impact targets
Promote a collaborative team environment and inspire team members to achieve both individual and team goals
Work closely with internal stakeholders to explore and secure new sales opportunities
Review, validate, and approve team documentation
