Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about the latest IT trends and developments in Japan. Analyze market demands and competition to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and networking. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our IT products and services. Clearly articulate value propositions and address client concerns to secure new business partnerships.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding their IT requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.
- At least experience 3 years of sales experience
- Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in IT sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese IT market and business culture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
