Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive specializing in the IT sector, where your fluency in Japanese will be a key asset. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our overall success in the Japanese market.
Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about the latest IT trends and developments in Japan. Analyze market demands and competition to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and networking. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our IT products and services. Clearly articulate value propositions and address client concerns to secure new business partnerships.
  4. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding their IT requirements.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
  7. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least experience 3 years of sales experience
  • Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience in IT sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese IT market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
