Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new product (NPI) projects from start to finish
- Coordinate BOM setup and engineering changes (ECN/ECR)
- Oversee Pilot Run testing and readiness for mass production
- Troubleshoot production issues and follow up on improvements
- Lead regular meetings with customers and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, electronics, or OEM
- Strong communication skills in English (required)
- Chinese language skills (HSK3 or above) are a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive working skills
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of PM (Project Management) experience is preferred
