Job description:
- Collect the demand forecast from all customers.
- Issue Master schedule report to management review.
- Provide master delivery schedule (MDS) for all customers.
- Provide Sales Forecast, Revenue report.
- Know customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
- Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Prefer who experience program QAD, E2open.
- Good Knowledge of an electronics/contract manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of specific customer's business, Organization product and process.
- Knowledge of computer applications such WORD, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and working under tight time deadline.
- Ability to evaluate, Prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively, Both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Ability to communicate in English, Prefer Chinese as well.
