Our client, A chemical company is now looking for the person who has potential in Process Manager to join them.
Position: Project Managemet (Contract 18 Months)

Job Description
 
Project planning: 
work with related team to define project scope, set objective, and deliverables.
Conduct thorough assessment of risk, issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
Develop project plan outlining task, timeline, resources requirements, and budget.
Workforce management: (Identifying, engaging, responsibilities)
allocate resources efficiently to optimize project performance and achieve project goals, 
manage resource conflicts and challenges by diligently seeking resolutions and making adjustments as necessary, 
and collaborate with relevant departments to secure the essential human and material resources.
Risk Management:
Continuously identifying potential risks and challenges that could impact the success of the project.
Developing strategies and action plans to mitigate risks and minimize potential negative impacts.
Proactively addressing issues as they arise and making necessary adjustments to the project plan.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engaging with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners, to ensure alignment with the project's objectives and to collect feedback.
• Regularly providing project updates, status reports, and presentations to convey progress and address concerns.
Quality Assurance:
• Implementing quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables consistently meet established standards.
• Conducting regular reviews and assessments to verify that project outcomes remain in alignment with the initial goals.
Project Closure:
• Facilitating a seamless transition of project deliverables to the relevant stakeholders.
• Conducting a thorough project evaluation to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Preparing and presenting a final project report to senior management, emphasizing achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
 

Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a background in leading organizational restructuring projects.
  • Manufacturing / Operations experience highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
