About the Role
Our client, a global leader in packaging chemicals, is looking for a Technical Service Specialist to support customers across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on providing technical troubleshooting, product application support, and on-site assistance for chemical solutions used in packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical service and troubleshooting for customers in the packaging industry.
Support product trials, application testing, and equipment performance evaluations.
Provide training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer requirements.
Travel within Southeast Asia as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.
Experience in technical service, application support, or product engineering (packaging/chemical industry preferred).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with regional customers.
Willingness to travel within SEA.
