Job Description
Manage and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including planning, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze production KPIs and take corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Related Fields.
Have Experience in managerial position in Japanese Automotive factory more than 5years.
Proficient in ERP systems and production planing tools
Good command in spoken and written English (Conversational or higher)
Experience with automotive quality standards (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
Strong leadership and team management skills Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
