About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are achieved efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost control. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader who can work effectively with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day‑to‑day manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Develop and execute production plans and schedules aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders to identify risks early and implement effective solutions.
Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, efficiency, and yield.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, quality, scrap, and cost.
Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment; manage production budgets and inventory levels.
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality awareness, and operational discipline.
Coach, develop, and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality management systems.
Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make data‑driven decisions.
Experience working with contract manufacturers or cross‑site production teams is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
