Position: Production Engineer Assistant Manager. (Food manufacturing)
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000THB +/- (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities of the position:
Business Development Manager / Specialist (Energy Projects)
Production Oversight:
Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets (Output, Yield, OEE) are met.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Process Optimization & Engineering:
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Oversee machine maintenance coordination and troubleshoot technical issues on the production line.
Food Safety & Quality Compliance:
Ensure all processes strictly adhere to GMP, HACCP, BRC, and ISO 22000 standards.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to minimize product defects and ensure hygiene protocols.
Cost Management:
Control production costs by optimizing raw material usage and reducing energy consumption.
Assist in budgeting and CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) planning for new machinery or technology.
Safety (HSE):
Enforce Occupational Health and Safety standards to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering (IE), Chemical Engineering, or Food Science.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior engineer role.
Technical Skills: * Deep understanding of Food Processing Technology (e.g., Thermal processing, Freezing, or Packaging).
