Position: PCBA Assembly Assistant Manager (Backend)
Location: Amata Chonburi
Total Package: 40,000 - 50,000 THB/Month (Based on experience)
Job Description:
Plan and control the production processes of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test (ICT / FCT / Functional Test).
Control product quality to comply with internal standards and customer requirements.
Analyze and solve defects such as solder bridge, insufficient solder, coating NG, and test failures.
Improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and increase yield.
Manage and supervise Supervisors and production staff.
Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning departments.
Support quality activities such as ISO, IATF, and customer audits.
Prepare and report production results, defect data, yield, and related KPIs.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
Direct experience in Wave / Coating / Test processes.
Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test processes.
Good understanding of PCBA manufacturing standards and process control.
Leadership and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
