Position: Manual Insert (MI) Assistant Manager
Location: Amata Chonburi
Total Package: 40,000 - 50,000 THB/Month (Based on experience)
Job Description:
- Plan and control the production processes of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test (ICT / FCT / Functional Test).
- Control product quality to comply with internal standards and customer requirements.
- Analyze and solve defects such as solder bridge, insufficient solder, coating NG, and test failures.
- Improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and increase yield.
- Manage and supervise Supervisors and production staff.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning departments.
- Support quality activities such as ISO, IATF, and customer audits.
- Prepare and report production results, defect data, yield, and related KPIs.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
- Direct experience in Wave / Coating / Test processes.
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test processes.
- Good understanding of PCBA manufacturing standards and process control.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
