Job Description
Administrative & General Services:
Supervise daily operations including driver and housekeeping management, mail and courier handling, procurement of general supplies, access control systems, and fixed asset oversight.
Manage expense reimbursements, petty cash transactions, and duty stamp arrangements for contracts.
Support & Coordination:
Provide assistance for business travelers, including flight bookings, transportation arrangements, and other ad-hoc requests.
Support expatriates and their families with 90-day reporting and residency-related matters.
Event Management:
Plan and execute corporate activities such as company outings, annual celebrations, and CSR initiatives.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Negotiate and maintain corporate agreements for hotels, air travel, leasing, and office maintenance services.
Office Operations:
Liaise with landlords and vendors for office maintenance and issue resolution.
Deliver comprehensive services to office tenants ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or related roles.
Proven track record in handling visa and work permit applications in Thailand
Supportive and collaborative mindset with effective negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
Languages:
English: Business proficiency
Japanese: Conversational (preferred)
