Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Salary range: 50K – 80K
Work Location: Rayong branch
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Customer Relations:
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide technical support and product information to customers.
Support for existing customers (preparation of quotations, inquiries to manufacturers, order placement and receipt, handling of complaints, etc.) and find new customers development
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present market analysis reports to management.
Training and Development:
Train and mentor sales team members.
Organize and conduct sales training programs. And Acquire knowledge of new products.
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Manage sales documentation and contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or wastewater treatment industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good communication in English skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and chemicals.
Own car, valid driver’s license.
