Responsibilities:
- Answering Incoming calls taking messages and transfer to directing calls and dealing with email enquiries
- Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms, taking minutes and filling all documents
- Organizing travel and accommodation (flight ticket, hotel, car) for staffs and customers and internal-external events
- Dealing with other organizations such as Land and House Department, Real Estate Association
- Providing administration support to Sales Representative, Senior and top management
- Other administrative tasks assigned from manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Human Resources Management or related field
- At least 1year experience in Administration and real estate administrative support and dealing with Government organization like Land and House Department
- Good in English communication 4 skills
- Fluent in Chinese communication in 4 skills (upper level 4)
- Proficient in Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Video Editing/Photoshop
- Excellent organizational skills, Fast response, good problems solving-skill, good team player with can-do attitude
