OVERVIEW
Our client is Japanese Company, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as Admin Officer (Workplace around BTS Pleonchit, Bangkok)

 

Position:         Admin Officer

Location:        BTS Pleon Chit, Bangkok

Business:        Law and Legal firm

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 18.00 PM 

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations and lead the Administrative team.

  • Act as the main liaison with the oversea Head Office on administrative and operational matters.

  • Manage office facilities, leases, assets, and vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

  • Handle administrative compliance matters, including signage tax, insurance, stamp duty, and document filing.

  • Maintain office policies, operational manuals, and electronic document management systems.

  • Support internal events, CSR activities, staff training, and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with HR.

  • Conduct basic research and manage online legal and operational databases.

  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, finance, business development, and PR teams locally and internationally.

  • Support branding initiatives, new projects, and administrative matters for affiliated companies.

  • Assist Office Managers and HR in enhancing overall office management and operational efficiency.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • The salary range around  25,000 – 35,000  THB

  • Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in English or any related field.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience in Admin, GA

  • Ability to communicate in English with foreign.

  • Having TOEIC score to guarantee English skill will be advantage

  • Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.

  • Able to travel to work around BTS Pleon Chit, Bangkok.
