Our client offers a wide range of electrical, information processing, and other machinery and devices for industrial use.

Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of three sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets. This includes providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with approximately 600 existing clients through consistent and effective follow-up. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and key insights.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of proven sales experience with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
