Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert opportunities based on client needs.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct customer visits in assigned areas and expand the client base.
Prepare and present product solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Analyze sales performance and manage key accounts effectively.
Build partnerships and create synergies to strengthen business models.
Forecast business growth, monitor project progress, and ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners for seamless operations.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or business development.
Ability of drawing or technical specifications.
Strong understanding of marketing and business development principles.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
Fluent in spoken and written English.
