- Drive sales growth with Chinese market clients
- Visit customers daily to build strong relationships
- Expand customer base and onboard new clients
- Prepare quotations, product overviews, and value-added proposals
- Manage forecasts, orders, production planning, and contracts
- Monitor receivables & handle slow-moving stock
- Achieve ILAP Basic certification within 1 year, Advanced within 3 years
🔹 Qualification
- Chinese national (already in Thailand or willing to relocate)
- Fluent in Mandarin + business-level English or Thai
- Bachelor’s degree, min. 2 years’ sales/commercial experience
- Knowledge of lubricants, industrial oils, mechanical systems (automotive/HVAC a plus)
- Experience with Chinese and Japanese clients & senior executives
- Strong skills in negotiation, proposals, and relationship management
- Valid driving license & willingness to travel
