Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert opportunities based on client needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct customer visits in assigned areas and expand the client base.
- Prepare and present product solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Analyze sales performance and manage key accounts effectively.
- Build partnerships and create synergies to strengthen business models.
- Forecast business growth, monitor project progress, and ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners for seamless operations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Age 30+ (Male or Female).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or business development.
- Ability of drawing or technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of marketing and business development principles.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
