Job Description
- Establish policies and operational guidelines for the organization’s quality management system.
- Monitor and ensure operations comply with quality system requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, and prepare for external audits by relevant authorities.
- Oversee product quality within the OEM manufacturing process.
- Manage QA and QMS teams, and support the development of team capabilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QMS within the automotive parts manufacturing or OEM industry.
- Proven experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management, internal auditing, and customer certification processes.
- Strong ability to plan quality strategies and lead team operations effectively.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work efficiently across departments.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial-level position.
