Job Description
Establish policies and operational guidelines for the organization’s quality management system.
Monitor and ensure operations comply with quality system requirements.
Plan and conduct internal audits, and prepare for external audits by relevant authorities.
Oversee product quality within the OEM manufacturing process.
Manage QA and QMS teams, and support the development of team capabilities.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QMS within the automotive parts manufacturing or OEM industry.
Proven experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in team management, internal auditing, and customer certification processes.
Strong ability to plan quality strategies and lead team operations effectively.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work efficiently across departments.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial-level position.
